Our suncatchers are definitely designed, and specifically engineered for catching sun, which can be tough to do during the short days of the Alaska winter. Suncatchers typically sell for under $100.
Moose Family |
You too can always have moose "out in your backyard." The bull moose, and the mama with baby are sold separately. You really need to buy them both for a complete collection. To order, click here. |
Salmon Catch |
There are salmon everywhere in Alaska, the rivers, the streams, for those less talented...the seafood case at Fred Meyers. We do a Pinkie, a Red, and King salmon all hooked on the appropriate lure, like the pink Pixie Spoon shown here. Perfect for that special someone who has forgotten what they are supposed to see when they go fishing. Click here to order. |
Alaska Bling |
Your window will be stylin' with these cool combinations of exotic gemstones that compliment Alaska in My Heart stained glass. To order, click here. |
Salmon Run |
One of the true wonders of nature we enjoy up here is watching the salmon run, especially in a small shallow stream. What makes thousands of salmon pack into a body of water barely big enough for 10? We make five different sizes of salmon. Mix and match to create your own everlasting salmon run in your favorite window or on your favorite wall. The red salmon look awesome on log walls! Alaskan Frog |
As a rule, we are told that there are no reptiles in Alaska... too cold. But then I saw a frog one day out in the front yard (woods). Then I'm told that in the winter, they freeze solid, and then come back to life somehow when it warms up...like those pesky mosquitos. Not sure what to believe anymore. To order, click here. |
Polar Bear |
The polar bear, a powerful and skilled hunter. Although you can no longer hunt this endangered species in Alaska, Nanook has been known to "hunt" human hunters who were not paying close attention to their surroundings. I can't certify this, but I'm told hanging this in your front window could possibly keep property tax assessors away from your home? Click here to order. |
Denali Fox |
If you take the bus ride up to Mirror Lake to view Denali, you'll typically see wild animals living oblivious to your presence. While there are never guarantees of seeing anything (the guide will remind you that this is not Disneyland), I almost always see a beautiful red fox hanging around for a "photo op" near the road. Originally commissioned for our friends at Denali Princess Hotel. To order, click here. |
Father Christmas |
A friend of ours asked us to make this Father Christmas suncatcher. It's bigger than most suncatchers at about 18" tall. The colors are vivid and this is a "must have" for your Christmas decor. The tree has glass beads strung to simulate Christmas Tree Lights. We're pretty sure hanging this in the window will ensure Ole St Nick will stop by on Christmas Eve. Click here to order. |
